INSTITUTE OF ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN (IAD) is one of constituent unit for NAC and is actively involved in imparting skilled training in architectural domain.

a. This Institute (IAD) has been primarily created, designed and established on 23.01.1999 to train and act as a feeder Institute for various categories of tradesmen at par with International Standards who can be usefully employed by various construction companies, architects and contractors in India. Curtain Stitching trainees are self employed.

b. For development of all types of construction resources, technologies and methodologies for completion of fast track projects, NAC has provided all facilities needed for training such as class rooms, practical training areas, computer labs, tools and stores to the trainees. The uniforms and writing materials are supplied free of cost. Boarding and Lodging is provided to the trainees at a very reasonable cost, which is included in the fees structure. Well laid out Dormitory facilities are provided to trainees in NAC campus.

c. The Institute of Architecture & Design has been established to promote Architectural Education and Practice ranging from Environmental Design and Planning.
