Transport Infrastructure Training Institute (TITI) is one of the constituent units of NAC, parented by Central Road Research Institute (CRRI) imparting training in Highway Technology, Transport Infrastructure and Transport System Management. Training is imparted to Engineers in Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) Programme which is meant for the development of Rural Roads. Full fledged training is imparted to the Engineers of Panchayat Raj Department of Andhra Pradesh. The programme is sponsored by National Rural Road Development Agency (NRRDA). Training Programme for the Engineers of Roads & Buildings (R&B) Department of Andhra Pradesh is imparted on planning, design, maintenance, evaluation and rehabilitation of roads, Bridges and Culverts etc.

The parental organization for TITI is the Central Road Research Institute, New Delhi. It is established for designing of transport systems such as Highways and Express ways for all kinds of users. TITI also designs special training modules in Flexible and Rigid Pavement designs, Highcom, Bridge Construction, Retrofitting, and Environmental Impact Assessment for Highway Projects etc.
